Here’s the deal, you didn’t become good at your job without the help of someone paying their success forward somewhere along the way. When I reflect on my professional path, I can tell you that I wouldn’t be the Product Manager I am today without some and the valuable guidance I received from various individuals early on in my career, such as Cat Jefcoat, who taught me about the importance of building relationships.
